These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and pk96 ("pk96", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming services available at pk96.club ("the Website") and the pk96 Android application ("the App"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any pk96 service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any pk96 service. These Terms apply to all users of the pk96 platform regardless of the device or access method used.
These Terms should be read together with pk96's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to pk96 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pk96 takes this requirement seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at pk96's discretion.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether using pk96's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk96 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing pk96 from a restricted territory and that it is your personal responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or use pk96: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of pk96 or any of its affiliates; (c) persons who have previously been self-excluded from pk96 or placed under a permanent account restriction; (d) persons using automated tools, bots, or software to interact with pk96's platform.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pk96 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. pk96 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, and location of any user at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk96 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk96 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pk96 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Mobile Number Verification. Registration requires SMS verification of a valid Pakistani mobile number. This number serves as your primary username and is used for account recovery, two-factor authentication, and deposit-linked payment methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on pk96 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted, and no currency conversion is applied or implied.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pk96 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pk96 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk96 balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. pk96 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification (KYC) prior to first-time processing. pk96 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. pk96 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.
4.5 Funds Belong to the Player. Player funds held in pk96 accounts are kept separate from pk96's operational funds. Subject to these Terms, deposited funds are always available for withdrawal by the verified account holder.
4.6 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the pk96 account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These minimums may be updated from time to time.
5.1 General. pk96 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers to registered users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligibility conditions, which will be stated at the point of offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
5.3 Abuse. pk96 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse bonus funds and any associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a user is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that exploits promotional terms in bad faith.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are typically limited to one per household, per IP address, and per verified identity. Multiple accounts registered at the same address in order to claim multiple bonuses constitutes a violation of these Terms.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted at pk96's discretion. pk96 reserves the right to limit, decline, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets placed on suspended or closed markets are void and stakes returned.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once confirmed by the pk96 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation are not binding on pk96.
6.3 Errors. In the event of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest error in the display of odds or bet slip information, pk96 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pk96 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
6.4 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport or market as published in the pk96 platform at the time of the bet. Cricket matches — including PSL fixtures — are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. pk96 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event, as displayed within the platform. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit.
7.1 Game Fairness. All pk96 casino games, slot titles, and fishing games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomisation (cards, dice, wheels) conducted by human dealers in regulated studio environments. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for slot games represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.
7.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games at pk96 Casino are streamed in real time. Once a betting round has been opened and the dealer has commenced dealing, bets cannot be amended or cancelled. All outcomes are final once the round is settled by the live dealer system.
7.3 Disconnections. pk96 is not responsible for game outcomes or bets affected by internet disconnections or device failures on the player's side. In the event of a server-side disconnection, pk96 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation based on the last confirmed game state recorded by its systems.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at pk96 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 Commitment. pk96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be entertaining — it must not be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.
9.2 Available Tools. All pk96 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings dashboard after every pk96 login.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling at pk96 may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure via the account settings or by contacting pk96 support. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any pk96 content without prior written consent from pk96. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to pk96's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform for its intended purpose as a registered user.
11.1 pk96 provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk96 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services.
11.2 pk96 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform; (c) losses arising from factors outside pk96's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
11.3 pk96's total liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pk96's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 By pk96. pk96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to pk96's integrity or to other users.
12.2 Return of Funds. If an account is closed by pk96 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds — net of any outstanding bonus conditions — will be returned to the player's verified payment method at pk96's discretion following any required investigation.
12.3 By the Player. Players may close their pk96 account at any time by contacting customer support via 24/7 live chat. Closing an account does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or withdrawal requests already in progress.
pk96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the pk96 website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of pk96's services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated directly to registered users where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or pk96's services that cannot be resolved through pk96's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to pk96's operating entity. Players acknowledge that they are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction and that pk96 does not provide legal advice regarding local gambling laws.
